Evolution, Solution, Revolution
Greenolution is the one event you wouldn’t want to miss! Mark December 3 in your calendar.
Ecolabelling Sweden, with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel (Svanen), brings 30 years of experience in sustainability into action. Our latest initiative is Greenolution, a one-day event about accelerating green growth. Greenolution will provide you with insights, solutions and concrete tools. But maybe more importantly, it allows you to share your perspective, interact and connect with others. Green growth is not achieved alone, a collective evolution is needed - and possible.
We have gathered some of the smartest people in the field. They will share their knowledge and together we will focus on four strategic themes, which are fundamental for every modern organisation that wants to future-proof its business and join the green revolution.
• How can we create norms around green behaviours?
• How do we meet the new consumer demands in all business sectors?
• How can we collaborate to accelerate the transition?
• How can we build meaningful relations to all our stakeholders?
Be part of the greenolution and make your business grow green!
Greenolution is hosted by Ecolabelling Sweden
Ecolabelling Sweden has for the last 30 years managed the Nordic Swan Ecolabel (Svanen). We are the official Ecolabel of the Nordic region. Our mission is to make it easy to make the environmentally best choice. We connect consumers, professional buyers and manufactures. Our vision is to make the Nordics a forerunner for sustainable lifestyle.
97% of all people in Sweden recognize our label which makes us one strongest sustainability brands on the market. Today we have more than 2,000 licenses in 60 industries. We have sister organisations in all Nordic countries, and together we have certified more than 25,000 products and services. Our experience tells us that sustainability is not achieved alone, we must collaborate. That is the reason why we organise Greenolution.
It all started with The Report
The Nordic Swan Ecolabel supports sustainable consumerism and companies in becoming more sustainable. To be successful we need to know what is actually influencing and changing consumer behaviours. Therefore, we set out to find information that could answer our questions. Through a quantitative study in the Nordics and interviews with thought leaders representing different areas and backgrounds we made The Report in 2018.
The success of the first report made us widen our perspective to organisations and their sustainable future. We are in the middle of a paradigm shift were a wide range of stakeholders, from consumers to investors and employees, demand sustainability from public and private companies. With our expertise we help companies to help their stakeholders to choose a more sustainable lifestyle. Here is The Report 2019.
Check out the reports before Greenolution, where you will get inspired and create solutions for your organisation.
Inspiration, Solution, Creation
Greenolution will focus on four strategic themes from The Report (Eco-llectivism, The Necessary Add On, Streamlining Sustainability and Values for the Money). The themes will be incorporated in three different programme items during the day; Inspiration, Solution and Creation.
Inspiration (Keynote speakers)
Solution 1 (Panel talks)
• Eco-llectivism & The necessary add on
Creation 1 (Workshops)
• Eco-llectivism & the necessary add on
• Streamlining sustainability & Values for the money
• Streamlining sustainability & Values for the money
• The necessary add on
Leading change by setting a positive example
Eco-llectivism is about how to face the challenges of becoming a sustainable business by transforming our mindset, both within the organisation and with our customers.
• How do we go from idea to reality and how do we engage our employees?
• How do we reach tipping points to make the public change their behaviour and create a norm?
By showing real examples on how we can change social norms, behaviours, habits and make individual choices, Eco-llectivism will help us to reach a sustainable lifestyle, and learn how to transform our own mindset into finding new products, services and future investments.
Change where it matters
The necessary add on is about new consumer demands and how sustainable products and services become the solution in all business sectors.
• What role does sustainability play in creating new products and services, in public procurement and in future investments?
• How can a sustainable perspective accelerate business development?
By making necessary changes, from the product assortment to public procurement, the consumer can in the end have it all: high-quality, sustainable, healthy, fantastic products. The necessary add on teaches us about the power of putting our effort in the right place to achieve efficient sustainable businesses.
Platforms for change
Streamlining sustainability is about finding new platforms. Platforms that will help us find the strength and great value in our own teams and show us how partnerships create endless possibilities to move forward.
• What is your dream team?
• How can partnerships contribute to more effective solutions towards a sustainable future?
• How can we build organisations that are collaborative to achieve what is required?
For us to succeed in creating a truly sustainable society, we need to collaborate. The theme streamlining sustainability will give us the tools for how to accelerate business and sustainability through partnerships.
Values for the money is about finding the values in our own organisation. It’s no longer about what we are doing or how we are doing it, it is about the ‘why’!
• What is your ’why’?
• How do we attract employees and consumers in the future? And how do we keep them?
• How do we turn your sustainability business into a capital of trust?
We will explore why sustainability is the key to attract and retain talent and how to build strong employer brands. Values for the money will give us ideas about attracting and retaining employees while developing successful businesses.
Greeolution does not finish when the last person leaves the stage. It only opens the finale – the celebration! The Nordic Swan Ecolabel is turning 30 and we invite you to celebrate with us!
• Münchenbryggeriet will serve food from their sustainable cuisine with exclusive dishes created just for the Greenolution event.
